You have more important things to spend your $$$ on than holiday decorating, but you still want to be festive.

1. Ice Cream Cone Ornaments

You’ll need:
Coloured paper
Needle
Thread
Approximate cost = $5
2. Ribboned Chair Decoration

You’ll need:
4 rolls of ribbon (per chair)
Nimble fingers for knot-tying
Approximate cost = $4
3. Pretty Punched Ornaments

You’ll need:
Styrofoam balls x 3
Coloured paper
Straight pins
Shaped paper punch
Ribbon
Approximate cost = $9
4. Bubbly Christmas Tree

You’ll need:
Styrofoam cone
Glue
Ornaments
Tinsel
Approximate cost = $10
5. Word Ornaments
This one may require a little more work, but it’s certainly worth it!

You’ll need:
Scrabble letters
Power drill with a fine bit
Needle
Thread
Approximate cost – depends on what you have at home!
Used games can be picked up at second-hand stores for a few bucks and borrow a drill if you don’t have one.
