1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cantaloupe, chopped
1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) berry-flavoured applesauce, such as Mott’s Fruitsations Country Berry Unsweetened
fruit snack (2 x 111 g cups)
1 tablespoon (15 mL) maple syrup
1 teaspoon (5 mL) cinnamon
