Great skin starts with a healthy diet and smoothies are an incredible way to incorporate all the nutrients your body needs. Replace the candy bars and french fries with good nutritious food, and just watch how your skin changes for the better.
Skin Booster Smoothie

1 cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup ice
1⁄2 tsp coconut oil
This smoothie is full of powerful antioxidants from the berries and pomegranate to help with skin regeneration and anti-aging. Pomegranate also helps with sun protection and whether you have oily or dry skin, this super fruit aids in hydration as well as combating breakouts.
Hemp is known as a super food that has all kinds of properties including: weight loss, increased and sustained energy, rapid recovery from disease or injury, reduced inflammation, improved immune system, and much more. Our friends at Canada Hemp Foods hooked us up with a great stock of hemp hearts and protein powder that we incorporated into our recipes.
Being healthy doesn’t have to be a drag. It can be quite delicious and fun if you put in that extra bit of effort.
