As teens, we go through a lot.
Between school, growing up, dealing with peers, and finding a sense of identity, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and alone, even though we’re surrounded by so many supportive people.
Thankfully, no matter where we are, or whatever issue we’re dealing with, The Kids Help Phone offers professional, anonymous help 24/7 for our mental health and well-being.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Walk so Kids Can Talk, presented by BMO, which helps raise awareness for youth mental health.
On Sunday May 4, 2014, kicking off Mental Health Awareness Week, you can #BeAHero, showing your support by either signing up for the Walk or donating.
The money raised from this fun and inspirational Walk helps keep the services offered by the Kids Help Phone free.
By walking or giving a small donation, you are also making a change in someone’s life.
Be the change you want to see in this world.
It could be you or a friend, who may need the Kids Help Phone one day.
